Terms and conditions

• Refundable deposit of £1,000 per classic car/per rental

• Minimum rental period - two days

• Age and licence requirements:

- Hirers must be within the age range 25 – 70
- Clean British (EU) driving licence required (copy to be provided by hirer)

• Insurance cover:

- Can be provided by ACTION CLASSIC CARS or the hirer
- Each driver must complete an insurance proposal form and provide proof of   address/identity (eg. utility bill)
- Accident-free driver history required (minor claims and limited penalty points   excepted)
- Cannot be provided for anyone refused insurance on normal terms or convicted   persons
- Green Flag roadside assistance is provided free with each car

• Limitations on use:

- No sub-hiring, driving tuition, racing, touring competition, rallying, track days or   similar
- No smoking or animals in our classic cars
- Abuse beyond normal wear and tear will be charged
- Mileage limited to 130 per day, excess charged at 80p per mile

• Fuel:

- Classic cars are provided with a full tank and should be returned with the same.   Sub-full tanks will incur a full tank charge
- Hirers are responsible for using the correct grade of fuel

• Bookings:

- A £100 deposit is required to confirm booking
- Balance of the hire charge is due 7 days prior to car delivery
- For late bookings (made within 7 days of hire date) payment in full will be   required
- Cancellations: 50% refund of hire charge
