• Prices may be varied without notice but once a car has been booked and deposit paid the price will be held

• All drivers are subject to approval by ACTION CLASSIC CARS and our insurer

• If the chosen car is unavailable a comparable substitute will be offered or an alternative date offered

Liability

• ACTION CLASSIC CARS’ liability is restricted to a refund of the hire charge. No consequent liabilities will be considered
